This is a draft of TeamNote specification.

Mission: TeamNote would provide a space for sharing quick notes among the team members.

Main Functionality

  • The user can quickly add notes to her/his own list of notes.
  • Each note may contain title, url, descriptions, quotes, etc. (E.g., look at tumblr.com)
  • The user can "share" his/her notes with members of the team.

Requirements (by priority)

  • Add notes
  • Delete notes
  • Share notes with whole team members (through common server)
  • Edit own notes
  • View notes by owner
  • Make comments
  • Tag notes
  • View notes by tags
  • Share notes between a group of team members
  • Access to the note server should be authenticated
